Tresemmé Natural Hair-story Museum

I was commissioned to sculpt 12 models representing the different abnormalities of human hair.

Displayed as specimens within a museum type environment for a Tresemmé Promotion.

The 'Split' and 'Triple'.

The 'Baby'.

The 'Tree'.

The 'Long' and the 'Deep'.

The 'Double-Y'.

The 'Offshoot' and the 'Incomplete Split'.

The 'Crinkle'.

The complete collection set up for the event.

Floating Fake Cake

This project required me to construct a model cake which needed to be filmed falling into a swimming pool repeatedly. It was for a birthday party scene on the TV show Dance Academy.

The Polystyrene discs to give it buoyancy and water resistance.

The hessian scrim to give the plaster 'icing' strength.

The first layer of plaster.
Painting it up.

The finished cake.

Coles Big Red Hand

Here is a cheeky remake of the Coles 'Prices are Down' Red Hand.

This was commissioned by a company who wanted to film a spoof of the original TVC.

"Crispy Jim" the decomposed body.

Whilst working as a Props Buyer on COPS LAC, a TV Police drama filmed in Sydney, I was given the opportunity to make something that was going to take a little bit of experimentation.

The script called for a mostly decomposed corpse that was found in the basement of a house. This one was a lot of fun.

The Corpse in situ for the scene.
